Founded by Mark and Sherri Carter—the vintners behind Napa Valley’s acclaimed Carter Cellars—the brand emerged after the Carters helped resurrect and later sell Kentucky Owl.

**Why This Is a Paid Event**
The ticket price reflects the cost of the pours, nothing more.
The format is simply how we choose to experience them, together.
Instead of one person securing the bottle, the room gets to experience it.
This format allows us to open bottles that would otherwise stay closed—and share them across the table.

The .5 oz format allows us to stretch access across the room, so more people can experience more whiskey.

Select bottles may be made available for purchase when inventory allows.
When available, access will be handled through a fair drawing among attendees.
