Nue Vodka

Nue Vodka, contrary to some initial information, is a small-batch American vodka, not a whiskey, crafted in Dallas, Texas. It was originally created by the Odell brothers and was part of Dynasty Spirits, later Southwest Spirits & Wine. In April 2024, Nue Vodka was acquired by Next Century Spirits, a North Carolina-based company. The brand has demonstrated significant growth, earning recognition as a "Fast Track Brand" at the Growth Brand Awards for four consecutive years, including a 22.6% sales increase from 2020 to 2021.

Nue Vodka is distilled from 100% non-GMO corn, a choice that contributes to its naturally creamy and subtly sweet character. The spirit undergoes a meticulous production process, involving up to seven rounds of distillation in small batches to strip impurities while retaining its desired profile. A defining step in its production is the use of reverse osmosis–treated water, which removes mineral content and impurities before blending, resulting in a notably clean and smooth final product. This corn-based vodka is also naturally gluten-free.

Notable expressions include the Original Nue Vodka, as well as flavored varieties such as Nue Grapefruit Vodka, which won a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2015, Nue Peach Vodka, Nue Berry Vodka, Nue Whipped Cream Vodka, Nue Naturals Citrus, and Nue Naturals Cucumber. Furthermore, Nue Vodka was the fastest-growing vodka brand among mid-tier options in 2023, according to Nielsen, and is the official premium vodka of the 2023 World Series champion Texas Rangers.
