Virginia Distillery's Split Barrel Mixes Kentucky Bourbon with House Malt

Virginia Distillery Co. has launched its Split Barrel Project with an even split between four-year Kentucky bourbon from Bardstown and the distillery's own five-year American single malt. The inaugural Project #1 expression comes in at 90 proof. The concept is straightforward: half sourced bourbon, half house whiskey.
