Elijah Craig Rolls Out 15 Year Single Barrel

Heaven Hill is putting a 15 year age statement on Elijah Craig's single barrel program starting in April 2026.

The bourbon comes in at 108 proof, built on Heaven Hill's low-rye mashbill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye.

Fifteen years is a long stretch for a Kentucky rickhouse, and Heaven Hill has a track record of managing that kind of age without letting the oak dominate the final profile.
